Clear Sky Boats is based in the Scenic Rim, Queensland and is operated by its owners who between them have over 60 years of experience in the design and production of boats, dinghys, caravans, building, leisure, sporting and industrial products using a variety of raw materials such as polyurethane, epoxy, polyester, silicone, acrylic, ABS, PVC, HI Styrene, and Poly Ethylene to name a few.

OUR MISSION
The owners decided to combine their wide experience and build a product that caters for the segment of the market that would like a dinghy boat that could double as a large luggage pod, which was affordable, strong, and performed efficiently and safely on the water.
The dinghy boat would have to be very easily removed and replaced by older people from the roof racks and easily put in the water and at the same time be the best performing boat that it could possibly be for its size and weight in order that a lot more people could enjoy the pleasures of boating on a river or dam that they might come across.
The Pod would have to be light and easily fitted to a range of types and sizes of vehicles and could carry a large amount of bulky items such as tents, poles, sleeping bags, oars, motors, skis etc. It must be lockable and be dust proof and water proof .
