Q. Where is Clear Sky Boats located?
A. We are an online business and supply directly from our Australian based factory on The Scenic Rim (50 km west of Brisbane).
Q. Can I speak to you on the phone or can you e-mail me more information?
A. Certainly, if you leave your phone or contact details at our Contact Us page, we will return your phone call or e-mail you.

Q. How long does it take to deliver my order?
A. Between 7 and 21 days.
Q. Is my boat insured during delivery?
A. Yes it is.
Q. How and when do I pay for my order?
A. We will send you an invoice and ask for a deposit of $200 with the balance to be paid on preparation of delivery. We ask for a direct payment to our bank account. These details will be on the Invoice we send.
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Depends on where we deliver to. Some delivery prices are for a pick up at a depot in the particular town. If you require delivery to your house please contact us for a price.
CLEAR SKY BOATS WARRANTY
Clear Sky Boats warrants product built by them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty-six (36) calender months from the date of purchase and will replace or repair, at its discretion any defect, subject to the limitations and conditions listed in this warranty. Our boats come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the boats fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any work agreed to, will be done ex factory and freighting costs to and from the factory will be the purchasers responsibility. The warranty expressions specified exclude any other implied or oral agreements or undertakings.
The following items are specifically excluded from any warranty cover
1. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper use or used for competitive purposes.
2. Damaged caused by any Act of God, acts of aggression, or reckless negligent acts of any person.
3. Any consequential expenses beyond the repair or replacement.
4. In no event shall Clear Sky Boats, its agents or employees, be liable for injury to any person for any claim of damage, however arising.
5. Damage caused by improper use of the product, mistreatment, unauthorised alterations or any natural wear and tear are specifically excluded from this warranty.
6. Any commercial use of the product.
